A thoughtful space to make sense of difficult feelings
Psychotherapy for adolescents, young adults and families — in person at Terapia and online.
UKCP registered · Child Psychotherapy Council · Trauma-informed
If you're worried about your teenager, you're in the right place
Many parents come to me when something has shifted — a young person who has withdrawn, is struggling with exam pressure, anxiety, friendships, questions of identity, or a low mood that won't seem to lift.
Noticing, and reaching out, is already the first step. You don't need to have the words for it yet; we can find them together.
Therapy gives young people a safe, confidential place to be understood.
Who I work with

Meet Anna Patel
As an integrative child and adolescent psychotherapist, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where young people can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
For over 20 years, I have worked with children, teenagers, parents and families. I work alongside parents to help them understand their child's emotional world and feel more confident in responding to their needs.
I am a UKCP-registered child and adolescent psychotherapist, a member of the Child Psychotherapy Council, and trauma-informed in my practice.
